Job description:

• Organizational development of new product transfer, technology transfer management system, process flow, technical standards, and technical specifications;

• Establish and monitor the success of new product chip production to ensure suitability for mass production, adopt statistical process management for daily monitoring of Key SPC charts, and improve the comprehensive process capability of electrical parameters and inline monitoring parameters;

• Identify manufacturing process issues, coordinate with various engineering departments to propose solutions to ensure the progress of online products;

• Create a process flow, implement of yield improvement measures through failure analysis and process optimization, timely update validated processes optimization to mass process flow;

• Understand customer technical request to ensure co-ordinate and execution of customer requirements; actively communicate with customers in a timely or regular manner regarding the process, inline parameters, electrical performance, reliability, and yield

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years direct experience in advanced Super Junction MOSFETs (multi-Epi 7layers& 13 layers) mass production wafer Fab.

• Proficient in analyzing test data for Super Junction MOSFETs such as WAT, CP, FT, etc., with experience in improving yield on mass production lines;

• Familiar with DOE, SPC, 8D, FMEA, FA related knowledge and applications, preferably with experience in quality control of automotive grade power devices;

• Master's degree or above in semiconductor related majors.
